Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before entering production or pre-order fulfillment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Many of our products are made to order or sold on a pre-order basis. Fulfillment may take up to 90 business days before shipment, depending on demand and production schedules.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this extended fulfillment timeframe.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options.


Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States and Canada. Delivery times vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipment. However, depending on your country’s customs process, shipping can take up to 30 days in rare cases.

Please note: Due to ongoing disruptions with Canada Post, orders shipped within Canada may experience longer-than-usual delivery times. We are actively working with our suppliers and carriers to minimize these delays.


International Shipping

We also offer international shipping. Shipping typically takes 7–20 business days after shipment. However, depending on your country’s customs process, shipping can take up to 30 days in rare cases.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
