At BrewBurst, many of our products are made to order or offered on a pre-order basis. This policy outlines when refunds, replacements, exchanges, or other remedies may apply.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions and any other policies listed.


1. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items

- Products may be produced on demand and fulfilled in batches.

- Estimated fulfillment time: 7–80 days before dispatch, unless stated otherwise.

Due to the nature of made-to-order products:

- We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has started.

However, this does not override your rights under applicable consumer laws.


2. Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

- Change of mind

- Incorrect selection by the customer

- Accidental orders

- Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or import processing

- Minor variations in color, finish, texture, or dimensions (normal for manufacturing)


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

5. Shipping & Pre-Order Delays

- Fulfillment times are estimates, not guarantees

Where required by law, you may have the option to:

- Accept the delay

- Cancel the order (if not yet shipped)


6. Cancellations (Before Production)

- You may request cancellation before production begins

Once production starts, cancellations are typically not possible.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
